Therapeutic Yoga Teacher : Szilvia Kaszas

As a yoga practitioner for more than 20 years, I have witnessed yoga's positive effects on my physical and mental health. Yoga has become my passion. I leverage my knowledge, teachings and experience to demonstrate how everyone can optimize their health by integrating yoga.


I am a graduate of the Therapeutic Yoga & Ayurvedic Teacher Training led by Yasmin Fudakowska-Gow, and many other therapeutic yoga training from various well known specialist from the yoga world. In ABC order: Claire Armange, Helene Couvrette, Staffan Elgelid, Carole Morency, Neil Pearson, Diana Perez, Melanie Richards, Barrie Risman, Gisele Seto.

My teachings mainly comprise gentle therapeutic yoga classes targeting both mind and body. I assist in improving strength, balance, flexibility, and emotional stability. I also enable you to better manage pain.

​

I teach people how to respect their body and build up their strength over time.


Based on my studies, I focus on incorporating Ayurvedic principles with yoga postures, various meditation techniques and breathing exercises to improve overall well-being, and to achieve greater happiness.

Yoga is for all, regardless of age and flexibility.
